In 99 I bought the S40 and we started off with adding some plastic and painted it in two colours silver and Lazer blue, this was the beginning. Since then my father bought his brand new S60 which also got a make over after just 55 km on the road it was torn apart and modified. We started with a hand build front and rear which since have changed several times to the current feature renamed from "Red Lady" to the new name "the LADY". It is a coke inspired red and chromed painted car with hand build rear and front with unique features gently modified to fit a matured generation.

Coming back to the S40, this has from almost the beginning been named "The ONE". It is now changed since it has been re-built 8 times, from the struggling beginning with bought plastic and little color changes, to today's "The EVIL ONE" with completely modified and custom built wide body kit, a paint job which has never been seen before all accompanied with a stereo which blow the brains out if allowed to be playing fully out.

So to shorten this story choosing Volvo was never a question but more a natural choice, using our long knowledge and new fit together as a symbiosis. The future for me is to slow down, we will in the coming days have a child. For my father the idea is to upgrade the car, but after my brothers car is finished. Some important facts is also that my S40 is competing in the best looking car in Sweden and this is 1 Volvo and the rest are all old American cars (www.bilsport.se/tavling) and we also have an competition which is a ticket to the SEMA show from Volvo cars.
